General Terms

By registering for IMSOS 2027, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The conference schedule, speakers, and venue are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Registration & Payments

• All registration fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic delegates and USD ($) for international delegates.
• A standard processing and bank gateway charge will be added to all online transactions.
• Registrations are confirmed only upon full realization of the payment.
• For Post Graduate (PG) Students, a bonafide certificate/HOD letter is mandatory. Failure to provide this will result in the cancellation of the discounted rate, and standard rates will apply.
• Offline payments (NEFT/UPI/Bank Transfer) must be accompanied by a valid transaction ID and receipt upload. Confirmation is subject to bank clearance.

Liability Disclaimer

The organizing committee, the Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society (IMSOS), and its event management partners shall not be held liable for any personal accidents, loss, or damage to private property of registered delegates during the conference.

Delegates are advised to make their own arrangements regarding personal, travel, and health insurance prior to attending.
